The pass rate on California’s February 2024 bar exam ticked upward to 33.9%, surpassing the 32.5% figure from last year, according to figures released Friday by the state bar.
The 33.9% figure, which was also the rate of successful test-takers in 2022, is the highest pass rate for the February exam since 2017.
