A spokesman for the clerk of Fulton County Superior and Magistrate courts said Thursday that Wednesday’s announcement regarding mandatory e-filing for all criminal cases applies only to Superior Court—not Magistrate Court. A corrected version of the story is below:

As of Monday, June 5, the Fulton County Superior Court will implement mandatory e-filing for all criminal cases, as is already the case with civil filings in the county’s Superior, State and Magistrate courts.
