A popular Savannah-area restaurant, Flying Fish Bar & Grill, was sued by one of its employees in U.S. District Court in Georgia’s Southern Division on Wednesday for alleged repeated racist badgering.

Plaintiff Rashonda Walden is represented pro hac vice by HKM Employment Attorneys’ Artur Davis, a former U.S. representative for Alabama’s 7th Congressional District, and locally by Shahrzad “Sheri” Bagheri.
