While Seyfarth Shaw has seen some partner exits lately, the firm has also added several lateral partners this year, including a new Atlanta partner who brings experience in client industries.

Seyfarth, whose largest office is in Chicago, added transactional lawyer Michael Delaney as a partner from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in Atlanta in the last week as part of a continuing growth strategy for its corporate department that included the addition of a new restructuring practice in January, said department chairman Steven Meier.
