Four partners who specialize in venture capital and private equity have left Brazil’s TozziniFreire Advogados this week, taking seven associates with them.
Partners João Busin, Juliana Maluf and Beatriz Seixas have joined crosstown rival Demarest Advogados along with associates Isabella Koshyama, Bárbara Queiroz, Ilson Maciel and Pedro Vecci, while partner Fernando Carvalho has joined Lefosse Advogados with associates Luis Sima, Beatriz Salotti and Mylla Mattar.
