Even as some companies are downsizing and layoff rumors swirl, there remains a war for talent in legal tech. Experienced e-discovery managers, data scientists, and data mapping and integration specialists are among the roles in high demand. Nascent legal tech markets also provide an untapped source of innovative talent, though recruitment can pose challenges.
