The American Bar Association released employment data Monday for the graduating law class of 2023, which shows an uptick in growth of 1% for the second consecutive year—and the highest level in the past decade—with a full-time, long-term employment rate of 85.6%.

“The percentage of recent law school graduates employed in full-time, long-term Bar Passage Required or J.D. Advantage jobs has reached its highest level in the past decade,” Bill Adams, managing director of ABA accreditation and legal education, said in a statement Monday.
