Devin Nunes, the former California congressman who is President Trump’s pick to lead the intelligence advisory board, has lost his attempt to revive a $75 million defamation suit over a 2018 story alleging his family’s Iowa farm hired undocumented laborers.

In a ruling released Monday, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit affirmed a district court’s summary judgment in favor of reporter Ryan Lizza and Hearst Magazines.
