Thirty-nine state Supreme Court justices who are past the state’s judicial retirement age of 70 have been certificated to serve on the bench for two additional years beginning this month. Their names, and which certificated term they have been approved for, are below.

The judges, who may remain on the bench for up to three two-year terms, must show themselves to be physically capable of continuing to do the job and also face a review of their performance as judge, including the circulation of their names for public comment.
