Scalia: Thousands of judges, lawyers, friends, family and other mourners came attended Justice Antonin Scalia’s funeral over the weekend, reports The National Law Journal’s Tony Mauro. Scalia’s son Paul, a priest, presided over the funeral, which was spare and did not include eulogies, which the late justice did not like, according to his son.

The Supreme Court returns on Monday for arguments. The NLJ’s Tony Mauro and Marcia Coyle look ahead to two major decisions on guns and money in politics that could be on the chopping block should an Obama-appointed justice fill Scalia’s seat.
