Israeli networking company Radware Ltd. has scored a $6.4 million jury verdict against Seattle-based rival F5 Networks Inc., but a battle already appears to be brewing on posttrial motions.

Radware and its counsel at McDermott Will & Emery will now be looking to treble the damages for willful infringement, but U.S. District Judge Ronald Whyte has already cast some doubt on willfulness, plus Radware’s theory of lost profits.
