Immigration: The Supreme Court on Monday will hear arguments in the challenge to the Obama administration’s actions on immigration. The New York Times reports that significant focus will be on Chief Justice John Roberts Jr., who previously disappointed conservatives in twice saving the president’s signature health care reform law.
