World Wrestling Entertainment is attempting to toss another federal concussion lawsuit out of the ring.

In a 47-page filing submitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, the WWE is asking the judge to dismiss a sixth lawsuit filed by a Massachusetts attorney on behalf of a former wrestler claiming he suffered a traumatic brain injury. The WWE is also asking the judge to sanction the wrestler’s attorney, Konstantine Kyros, and for Kyros and his co-counsels to pay two law firms representing the WWE more than $1 million in legal fees.
