Here we go again! The Trump administration on Thursday appealed a Hawaii federal judge’s preliminary injunction blocking the president’s second travel ban, sending the issue back to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
The appeals court previously ruled against the government in a case challenging the earlier executive order on immigration, prompting President Donald Trump to lash out at the court in a press conference, calling it a circuit “in chaos.”
