Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has continued its concerted efforts to expand in the U.S., announcing on Wednesday that it has grown its Washington D.C. base with a new addition.
The firm has hired Colin Costello, acting director of the National Intelligence Council’s Investment Security Group, as a client advisor in its Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) group.
