Boies Schiller Flexner co-managing partner Nick Gravante has left the firm he co-helmed for less than a year to join Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, thrusting the embattled firm that has seen dozens of partner defections this year into more uncertainty.

Two sources close to the firm also say that co-managing partner Natasha Harrison is on the market as well. Harrison was recently elevated to deputy chair of the firm, according to a memo obtained by The American Lawyer.
