Cravath, Swaine & Moore will exceed the associate salary scale set by Milbank for midlevel and senior associates, according to a Tuesday memo.

The first three classes of associates will see a $10,000 raise—the same as Milbank’s scale—while the class of 2020 will see a $15,000 raise and the classes of 2019, 2018 and 2017 will see a $20,000 raise, according to a Cravath memo about the changes, which was first published on Above the Law. The new base salary is effective Jan. 1. A firm representative declined to comment.
