ERIC WESTERBURGEN is leaving an in-house position with Ernst & Young to join the partnership of Baker & McKenzie in Amsterdam. Westerburgen will officially start in his new position on January 1, specializing in developing and implementing tax-driven international corporate and business restructurings, and handling transfer pricing and supply chain projects.

Dechert has gained securities litigator LINDA GOLDSTEIN as a partner in its New York office. Goldstein, previously cochair of the securities and derivatives litigation and enforcement practice at Covington & Burling, focuses on securities litigation including class actions, customer arbitrations, regulatory investigations, and claims brought by institutional investors, as well as other complex civil litigation.
