WILLIAM TANENBAUM, head of the IP and technology transactions group at Kaye Scholer and head of the firm’s greentech and sustainability practice in New York, left the latter last month for Arent Fox, according to his profile on professional networking website LinkedIn. Tanenbaum will serve as head of Arent Fox’s technology transactions group.
Kaye Scholer, which recently received top ranks from its summer associates, has watched a number of practice leaders depart in recent months. The firm also saw complex outsourcing and technology transactions counsel RANDALL STEMPLER in New York leave the firm to join Tanenbaum at Arent Fox as counsel, according to records on file with the New York State Unified Court System.
