Seeking to better serve clients in the life sciences sector, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati announced Wednesday that it will open a new office in Boston in February.
Wilson Sonsini will relocate two partners to Boston from Washington, D.C. The firm has also hired a new partner in Mark Solakian, a former Goodwin Procter associate who most recently served as general counsel and senior vice president of Bedford, Massachusetts-based biofuels company Joule Unlimited Technologies Inc.
