Continuing its systematic expansion, Polsinelli will be taking in a substantial number of lawyers from the Houston-based intellectual property boutique Novak Druce Connolly Bove & Quigg.

Polsinelli chairman and CEO R. Russell Welsh told The American Lawyer on Thursday evening that his firm had approved the mass lateral acquisition, with the exact number of lawyers involved to be determined in the coming weeks. Novak Druce currently has roughly 80 lawyers.
