The yearlong shake-up of Uber Technologies Inc.’s leadership team continued on Monday with the resignation of corporate development head Cameron Poetzscher.

Uber confirmed Monday that Poetzscher, the ride-hailing company’s highest-ranking dealmaker, has resigned, effective immediately. The resignation comes less than a month after The Wall Street Journal reported Poetzscher made a number of sexual comments about colleagues and had a consensual affair with a co-worker whose annual review he contributed to, violating company policy.
