Recognizing the increasing number of legal departments that want to bring more of the e-discovery process in-house, legal solutions provider Epiq isn’t looking to fight the trend, but instead be a part of it.

The company has launched a program in which it will provide legal department clients with a consultant to help them create an e-discovery program based on their specific needs. It announced the new consultancy offering, called Epiq Empower, on Tuesday morning.
