Drone company Draganfly has hired Deborah Greenberg, who’s previously served as the top lawyer at several Canadian organizations, as its new chief legal officer, a role that was previously filled by external counsel, a company spokesperson said Monday.

In her new role, Greenberg will set internal governance policies while managing the impact of external matters, provide legal advice, and oversee the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, company’s disclosure requirements, as well as its compliance and securities matters, the spokesperson said.
