The warning came in the form of the SEC’s $35 million settlement last month with Activision Blizzard, which faced complaints of widespread worker harassment.

Activision’s quarterly filings contained this employee-hiring-and-retention risk factor: “If we do not continue to attract, retain, and motivate skilled personnel, we will be unable to effectively conduct our business.”
