Guild Education, a learning and networking platform with a $4.4 billion valuation, has hired its first general counsel, Dan Haley, who recently left the customer-engagement software company Sprinklr.

Haley announced his new gig in a LinkedIn post Friday. He departed Sprinklr in March, having served as general counsel for 3½ years. He helped take the company public in 2021 and in that same year was recognized as Corporate Counsel of the Year at the OnCon Icon Awards.
