Former Gartner general counsel Jules Kaufman was paid a little over $1 million when he left the firm in February, the management consultancy’s latest proxy statement reveals.

His exit package included 52 weeks of salary totaling $535,600, a pro-rated target bonus of $365,360, and $51,500 in unused vacation days totaling $1,001,465. The payout, on top of his regular salary and $1,475,729 in stock awards, brought his total compensation for 2022 to $3.6 million.
