Slingshot Aerospace, which builds space data, analytics and simulations that enable successful missions for the space operations community, has hired a former NASA Office of Inspector General attorney-adviser as legal chief.

Megan Sieffert will commence her role as Slingshot’s first general counsel on June 12. She is joining the Austin, Texas-based company from Axiom Space, which is building the world’s first commercial space station. She served as Axiom Space’s spaceflight counsel and associate general counsel for more than three years.
