Archie Daniels Midland, the food processing and commodities giant, has hired Regina Bynote Jones away from oil-field-services company Baker Hughes to serve as its senior vice president and general counsel.

Jones will replace Cam Findlay, 64, who announced in May that he would be retiring this month after serving as ADM’s general counsel since 2013. Findlay told Law.com at the time that his departure would cap 20 years of “running full speed,” a span that included stints as general counsel of Medtronic and Aon.
