Anne-Marie D’Angelo, who resigned earlier this year as legal chief at Molson Coors for personal reasons, has returned as executive vice president and general counsel at Tysons, Virginia-based Hilton Hotels.

“I am honored to be joining Hilton, a company I have long respected for its history, innovation and award-winning workplace culture,” D’Angelo said in a statement sent to Law.com Monday. “Hilton’s global presence and powerful franchise model has a positive impact on businesses and travelers around the world, and I look forward to helping strengthen Hilton’s already strong reputation.”
