A 32-year-old Enfield man who has suffered constant back pain after the vehicle he was driving was rear-ended in February 2014 was awarded $46,722 by a New Britain Superior Court jury.

The trial lasted two days and the six-person jury deliberated six hours before reaching its verdict on April 6. Anthony Sanzo suffered injuries to his arms, legs, spine and chest after he was struck by a car driven by Meghan Dow, according to the four-page lawsuit filed in October 2015.
