A real estate company has invested in an office complex in Deerfield Beach as a strategic buy in a market expected to see rent growth as demand shifts from higher-priced Boca Raton.

The Grover Corlew management group bought the five-building Hillsboro Center from a joint venture of Dallas-based private equity company TriGate Capital LLC, New York-based private real estate investor and developer Equitable Real Estate Partners and Boca Raton-based Commercial Florida Realty Partners.
