Attorneys at Carlton Fields on Monday removed a product liability lawsuit against Mark Debiase d/b/a/ Joint Venture, Johnson & Johnson and other defendants to Florida Southern District Court. The complaint, filed by the Schlesinger Law Offices, contends that plaintiff suffered heavy metal poisoning using the Pinnacle hip system for hip replacement surgery. The case is 0:21-cv-62456, Wolczanski et al v. Bayside Orthopaedics, Inc. et al.
