After a year of modest revenue growth in 2020, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough excelled in 2021 as gross revenue climbed 18% to $680 million and profits per partner rose 28.7% to $1.7 million. Revenue per lawyer also saw a double-digit increase of 13.2% to $875,000.

It was the firm’s largest year-over-year improvement in at least a decade by a significant margin, not counting 2018 when the South Carolina-based firm merged with 150-lawyer Florida law firm Broad & Cassel.
