A couple of years ago, Gary Lesser expressed concern to the then-president of the Florida Bar over attorneys who had recently graduated from law school and entered the legal profession as solo practitioners, or with one or two other lawyers.
“The bar needs to help them personally and professionally,” Lesser said.
