As Florida’s litigants become increasingly receptive to alternative dispute resolution, Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine is doubling down on its work in that area with a new practice group dedicated to the specialization.

The group will be composed of former circuit Judge Ronald Dresnick, counsel Diane Katzen, shareholder Jason Marks, partner Terri Meyers and shareholder Abbey Kaplan, who will lead the group. All five of the attorneys will preside over cases as mediators as that kind of work experiences an uptick in Florida.
