This week Miami will host its first international arbitration week, bringing together experts in the field from all over the world as local boosters continue advocating for the city’s ability to resolve disputes that spill across national borders.

The Miami International Arbitration Society (MIAS) has led efforts to promote the city’s strength in location and expertise when it comes to international arbitration. Although venues like New York and California have hosted comparable events in the past, Miami is debuting its own event after surpassing New York’s volume of international arbitration cases seated in the city in 2021.
