Coming off more than a $5.5 million jury award to a woman who sustained a massive brain injury at a Walgreens Co. store, her Miami lawyers on Tuesday are moving for attorney fees and costs, in part for fee sanctions after the store failed to preserve CCTV video of the slip and fall.

Keith Chasin of Chasin Law and Gabriel Sanchez of the Sanchez Law Group represent the plaintiff, Maria Chaux, in the litigation over her slip-and-fall accident in front of the cash register inside the store of the defendant, Walgreens, in which the surveillance footage “mysteriously” disappeared.
