Dozens of employees in the Miami-Dade Clerk’s Office felt the sting of a 5 percent statewide budget cut that eliminated about 130 positions across South Florida.
The Miami-Dade office slashed 42 jobs across the agency after losing $3.45 million of its $69 million budget.
