Two Georgia attorneys round out a national team of nearly a dozen litigators who’ve signed on to represent a pair of 2020 election workers falsely accused of election fraud by a far-right website.
Seeking compensatory and punitive damages, one of the Atlanta litigators is now opening up about the team’s defamation strategy in what will be one of the first complaints filed by individual election workers against a media outlet.
