Norfolk Southern, an Atlanta-based rail transportation and logistics company, and James NeeSmith were sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for alleged violations of the Federal Rail Safety Act. The lawsuit was filed by Warshauer Woodward & Atkins on behalf of Victoria Crump. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-03071, Crump v. Norfolk Southern Railway Company et al.
