Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart reported another consecutive year of revenue gains and a record headcount after recent dips in total lawyers at the firm.

The employment law specialty firm, founded in the Southeast nearly five decades ago, cited a ballooning immigration practice, more geographic strength and rate increases as drivers for its record revenue numbers. Meanwhile, its growing expenses aimed at investing in talent and tech translated into a loss of profits per partner.
