Don Prophete, a high-powered labor and employment lawyer in Kansas City, has joined Atlanta-based Constangy Brooks & Smith as a name partner from Littler—changing the labor and employment firm’s name to Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete.
Eleven additional lawyers from Littler and other firms are also making the move with Prophete. Constangy is opening an office in Denver with four of them and another in New York. Prophete expects to divide his time between New York and Kansas City.
