Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has expanded its presence in Delaware with the opening of a second office in downtown Wilmington, the Palo Alto, Calif., firm announced today.
William B. Chandler III, a former Delaware Court of Chancery chancellor and current Wilson Sonsini partner, will lead the Wilmington expansion. Chandler helped launch the firm’s Georgetown office in 2011.
