Telecommunications and electronics company Nokia was hit with a trade secrets lawsuit on Aug. 14 in Delaware District Court. The suit was filed by Bailey & Glasser on behalf of Project Management Resource Group and CitiSite, which developed technology to conceal and ventilate wireless equipment in light poles, allowing for a wider deployment of wireless technology in urban settings. According to the complaint, Nokia gained confidential information from the plaintiffs in 2015, then developed a competing technology in violation of a non-disclosure agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00893, Project Management Resource Group Corp. et al. v. Nokia Solutions and Networks US LLC et al.
