Linklaters and its former fintech platform head will face a sexual harassment employment tribunal claim later this year, after failing to have the case thrown out.

The claim, brought by a former contractor of the firm referred to as ‘Ms F Imran’, covers allegations of ”sexual harassment and/or harassment related to sex arising from incidents which she states occurred while she was working [at Linklaters].”, according to a tribunal document published on Wednesday.
