Ropes & Gray has set Nov. 8 as the target date for its “Phase 2” of reopening its offices, asking all attorneys to come back into the office one or two times a week through the end of the year, while asking legal executive assistants to come in three days a week. 

In a memo obtained by Law.com, firm chair Julie Jones said the firm believes that “this is the right time to launch Phase 2. We have continued to monitor health and safety data and, thankfully, see steady improvement.”
