Australia’s Gilbert + Tobin Helps Hotel Commerce Platform to $1B IPO

Australian corporate law firm Gilbert + Tobin is advising hotel commerce platform Siteminder on its $1 billion initial public offering.

Siteminder raised A$627 million in new equity in the IPO and listed with a market capitalisation of A$1.36 billion ($1 billion) earlier this month.
