General counsel must be ever more mindful of external factors including stakeholder activism and the ESG business climate when performing their roles, according to a report by law firm network Lex Mundi.

The report, released in December following Lex Mundi’s annual GC summit, features insights from senior counsel at over thirty different blue-chip companies including Shell, Santander and GSK offshoot Haleon.
