More than a quarter of in-house legal teams feel that law firms have inadequate technology to meet their demands, while one in five say they’re unhappy with firms’ slow response times.

This is according to new research from Simmons & Simmons’ ‘next gen legal solutions index’ which surveyed the legal teams of more than 500 U.K. and international companies on their experiences with law firms.
